This certification is for enforcement officers employed by a local government entity to enforce local zoning ordinances which provide minimum standards for property use, public health and welfare by controlling the design, location, and use of all structures, sites, signs and buildings through the regulated and orderly development of land and land uses within the jurisdiction.
